Refund Policy
Subscriptions to Neuroly AI are recurring and you will be automatically billed once subscribed until you choose to cancel. You can cancel at any time by logging into your Neuroly account.
Unfortunately, we do not offer refunds for Neuroly AI subscription payments.
However, you can cancel your subscription at any time and continue using Neuroly until the end of your current billing period. Please login to your account and select Settings -> Billing -> Manage Subscription. You can then cancel your subscription through Stripe.
If you believe your case warrants a refund due to a bug/error in receiving pro plan product/service, we request that you schedule a call with our support team. During this call, we ask that you provide a clear demonstration of the issue. This policy allows us to address and resolve any potential errors, ensuring that our products/services remain at the highest standard.
