3. Account Registration and Security

• You may create an account using email/password or sign in via Google OAuth

• You must provide accurate and complete information during registration

• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials

• You are responsible for all activities that occur under your account

• You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized access or security breach

• You may not share your account with others or allow others to access your account

3.3 Account Termination

• You may terminate your account at any time by contacting us

• We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms

• Upon termination, your access to the Service will cease, and your data may be deleted

4. User Content and Intellectual Property

4.1 Your Content

• You retain all ownership rights to the materials you upload ("User Content")

4.3 Our Intellectual Property

• The Service, including its software, design, functionality, and branding, is owned by Neuroly AI

5. Acceptable Use Policy

7. Third-Party Integrations

7.1 Google Calendar Integration

• Connecting Google Calendar allows us to read and sync your calendar events

• We comply with Google API Services User Data Policy

• You can disconnect this integration at any time

• We are not responsible for Google's service availability or changes to their API

7.2 Canvas LMS Integration

• Connecting Canvas allows us to read and sync your Canvas calendar events

• You can disconnect this integration at any time

• We are not responsible for Canvas service availability or your institution's Canvas policies

7.3 OpenAI Services

• We use OpenAI's API to power our AI features

• Content you submit for AI processing is subject to OpenAI's usage policies

• We are not responsible for OpenAI service availability or API changes

8. Privacy and Data Protection

9. AI Content Disclaimers

9.1 Accuracy

• AI-generated content is provided for educational purposes and may contain errors

• You should verify the accuracy of AI-generated content before relying on it

• We do not guarantee that AI-generated content is error-free or complete

• You are solely responsible for ensuring your use of AI-generated content complies with your institution's academic integrity policies

10. Disclaimers and Limitations of Liability

• AI-generated content will be accurate or reliable

• Calendar synchronization will always work perfectly

• Data will never be lost or corrupted

10.3 Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, NEUROLY AI SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS OR REVENUES, WHETHER INCURRED DIRECTLY OR INDIRECTLY, OR ANY LOSS OF DATA, USE, GOODWILL, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES RESULTING FROM:

• Your use or inability to use the Service

• Any unauthorized access to or use of our servers or your personal information

• Any interruption or cessation of the Service

• Any bugs, viruses, or harmful code transmitted through the Service

• Any errors or omissions in AI-generated content

• Any third-party content or conduct

IN NO EVENT SHALL OUR TOTAL LIABILITY EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID US IN THE PAST 12 MONTHS, OR $100, WHICHEVER IS GREATER.

11. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Neuroly AI and its owners from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, and expenses (including legal fees) arising from:

• Your use of the Service

• Your violation of these Terms

• Your violation of any rights of another party

• Your User Content

12. Changes to Terms
